The Rising Stars Netball Championships 2018 will head into the top four battle this weekend.

 

After an intensive round of preliminary competition, teams in the 11 and under, 13U, 17U and the premier division will head into the semifinals this Saturday with hopes of making it through to next week’s showdown.

The draws and the venue of the semis will be decided in a meeting today.

In the knockout competition last Saturday, Arorangi Flames defeated Ngatangiia-Matavera Sea Eagles 15-10 while Apii Avarua lost to Avatiu Dragonflies 7-17 in the 11 and under competition.

In the Rising Stars 13U, Apii Avarua defeated Tupapa Panthers 25-15 while in the feature Rising Stars 17U clash, Tupapa Panthers overcame Tereora College B 40-23.
