Once again only one game will be played in the premier grade, with the Titikaveka Pearls hosting the Arorangi Flames this morning.
The defending champion Pearls, are already guaranteed a week off, and head straight into the semifinals on the back of their victory last weekend over the Avatiu Dragonflies.
The Pearls will be however facing a change in their shooting circle, as they will be without the services of Alanna Smith who will be out of the country.
Meanwhile in the U17 grade, the Arorangi Flames will be off the netball court for the next two weeks.
Combining a bye this weekend alongside their week off during the first week of the knock-out competition, it will allow the team to continue to build on their already strong on-court combinations.
After getting a scare last weekend and finishing their game against their counterparts in a draw, Tereora A will be no doubt coming out firing today.
Principal Tania Morgan said the girls are more than ready for their match against Avatiu.
“In our last time playing Avatiu the girls had a really close game, they will be ready for Avatiu tomorrow, last time we played them in round 5 we had a four goal loss so the girls will be ready to go one better and get the win today.”
Morgan said the girls were so committed they had even asked for extra training sessions to prepare for the match.
As the knock-out round looms, Morgan said that the pressure had gone on both the A and B teams.
