This weekend the premier title will be on the line as the grand finals take place for this year’s club netball competition.

All games will be played at the Bluesky Sports Arena, with the first game starting at 11am.

It will be a strong weekend for Avatiu, with the club featuring in four out of the seven grand finals tomorrow, including the premier final against the Arorangi Flames.

To get to the grand final, Avatiu defeated the defending premier champions Titikaveka while Arorangi grabbed a win against Tupapa last weekend.

Three Black Pearls players are expected to turn out for the premier final.

For the Flames will be youngster Daimzel Rongokea, while Avatiu will be able to call on Marjorie Toru and veteran Luciana Nicholas.

To start their grand final assault off with a bang, Avatiu also won the open grade, after they beat Takuvaine on Wednesday night 37-26.

Under-6: Arorangi v Takuvaine 11.00am, Under-8: Arorangi v Ngatangiia 11.20am, Under-10: Avatiu v Arorangi 11.50am, Under-12: Avatiu v Ngatangiia 12.25pm, Under-14: Arorangi v Avatiu 1.10pm, Reserve grade: Titikaveka v Arorangi 2pm, Premier grade: Arorangi v Avatiu 3pm.
