HE RAROTONGA Umpires Commission meet today to finalise plans for the upcoming visit of New Zealand Cricket umpire David Tidmarsh.
Forty three year old Tidmarsh is a former Northern Districts first class cricketer and fast riser on the New Zealand umpires ranking.
Tidmarsh will spend a week on Rarotonga delivering Level 1, 2 and 3 umpires and scorers courses aimed at up skilling club scorers and umpires.
