Dear Editor, I don’t normally write letters - I respond to them, but seeing no less than five headlines dominate the overseas news section in your September 24 edition of CINews, all about militarising PNG to counter China’s rising Pacific influence, I was compelled to write. I refer of course to page 6 and 7 of that edition, which included the following headlines;
