Puaikura fire volunteers ready for Sky City

MEMBERS of the Puaikura Volunteer Fire Brigade left Rarotonga for Auckland on Thursday afternoon prepared to compete in the annual fundraiser of the Sky Tower Challenge for Leukemia and Blood Cancer New Zealand.

 

There are 900 fire-fighters taking part in the gruelling event that takes place today May 19 in Auckland (Saturday NZT).

The Puaikura Volunteer Fire Brigade have 12 people travelling to the challenge, of which 8 members will participate in.
