That was Ports Authority solicitor Tim Arnold’s response to an emailed question last week asking him if he knew the whereabouts of the PSL Schooners vessel Tiare Tiaporo (pictured right).
And it seems he’s not the only one who’s in the dark about the ship’s current location.
As a Ports Authority spokesman said the ship, which caused huge controversy during its two years based at the port of Avatiu, appeared to have “dropped off the radar.”

The last known location of the vessel was American Samoa.
