William was presented with an iPhone 8 plus by BSP business manager Tutu Inamata.
She has been a customer of BSP since its Westpac days.
Visiting BSP most days of the week she was encouraged by staff to take part in the survey “it only took five minutes to fill out.”
Inamata says about 400 people took part in the customer service survey with most of the feedback being positive.
The most negative feedback was ‘’the waiting in line’’.
“We try to ensure the lines keep moving,” he said.
A television is also installed to keep customers entertained while they wait.
This is the second year BSP has conducted a customer survey, last year’s prize winner received an iPad.
