The theme for this year was “The Prophecy for Eternal Life- Jesus is Coming Back”, said organiser Ken Ben.
The day’s celebration was a huge success and included theatrical performances from young children and families from all six branches of the CICC Rarotonga church community.
Following weeks of planning and rehearsals each church presented their own unique praise and worship performance involving everything from traditional dance, and hymns, to drama and theatrical musical performances.
Special guests included Queens Representative Tom Marsters and wife Tuaine, members of the Religious Advisory Group, Bobby Matapo, House of Ariki President Travel Tou Ariki, and Bishop Paul Donoghue and members of parliament.
