Windy weather delays container ship’s arrival
would have been another day of a rough ride for the crew of the container ship Liloa II as it continued to wait off Rarotonga in choppy seas and high winds yesterday. The vessel has already waited fi ve days for the weather to change and may not be able to berth safely until Friday or Saturday.

A container ship which has stood off Avatiu for the past five days won’t be able to berth until strong winds drop – which might not be until Friday or Saturday.
