The Maasdam, which called last month, will make two more trips, with the first one on Wednesday next week followed by the final one for the year on November 13. The ship will visit Rarotonga only.
On November 15, MS Bremen is expected to make a stopover at the Port of Avatiu before heading to Aitutaki the following day.
Paul Gauguin will be the last cruise ship to visit the Cook Islands this season and is scheduled to visit Aitutaki on November 20 and Rarotonga on November 21.
“All cruise ships are expected to arrive at 7am and depart at approximately 5pm the same day. The ships are expected to operate at Arutanga Harbour for Aitutaki and Avatiu Harbour for Rarotonga,” said Cook Islands Tourism in a statement.
“As weather conditions can be uncertain, disembarking will not be confirmed until the morning of arrivals and is totally dependent on the assessments by the captain and/or agent.
“All tourism operators are advised to prepare as much as possible for these arrivals and conditions.”
