Young Cook Islands artist Fe'ena Syme-Buchanan – pictured here with New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern on her recent Cook Islands visit – is a finalist in the creativity division of the 2018 NZ Prime Minister's Pacific Youth Awards.
