JP Manarangi said: “If you don’t want to go back to jail, you have to follow curfew orders.”
Teaumetua Araipu was granted bail under the conditions that she resides with her parents and not to be out between 7pm and 7am.
Defence counsel Wilkie Rasmussen persuaded the court to release his client, saying she would be better off staying with her parents.
Rasmussen said the environment back home was now better compared to the past.
Araipu breathed a sigh of relief as Rasmussen approached her reminding her of her curfew time. The matter has been adjourned to July 25.
