NOTICE TO THE LANDOWNERS OF RAUPA SECTION 87E3B3, ARORANGI

Notice is hereby given that Chris and Mata McKinley have entered into an Agreement for Sale and Purchase of their subleasehold interest in the above land comprising 1,065m. Under the terms of the lease the written consent of the majority of the Lessors residing in Rarotonga must be obtained and the Lessors are also entitled to require the right to purchase on the same terms and conditions as are being offered by the purchaser.

If you wish to consent or object to the assignment of the interest or if you wish to exercise your right of first refusal, or you have not yet received notice of the proposed assignment please contact Tina Browne or Tepairu Mose-Teataiariki at the offices of Browne Harvey & Associates P.C. on 24567.

A copy of the Agreement will be made available on request.

A meeting of the landowners in respect of the above land will be held at the Ruatonga meeting house, Avarua on Tuesday, 7 July 2015 at 5.30pm.

 TO:  THE LANDOWNERS OF ARERENGA SECTION 4, ARORANGI

An Agreement for Sale and Purchase for the sale of a leasehold interest of the above land situated in Arorangi, Rarotonga in the area of 3,289m² has been entered into for the sale of the remainder of the term of the relevant Deed of Lease by way of assignment to a purchaser or their nominee.

The sale is subject, among other things, to the landowners waiving their first right of refusal in respect of the sale and (in the event of them waiving that right), the consent of the landowners to the sale by way of assignment.

Should you wish to exercise the right of first refusal as a landowner and purchase the leasehold interest you have one month from 2 July 2015 to notify us in writing.
